Information shared with ChatBack

If you choose to renew your licence via WhatsApp through our partner ChatBack, the personal information you send (vehicle details, ID document, proof of address, payment details) is handled by ChatBack under their own privacy policy. Licence Renewal SA does not see or store that information.
