How filling in the ALV form here works

Is my information safe?
Yes. This tool fills the PDF entirely on your own device using JavaScript. Your ID number, address and vehicle details are never uploaded, transmitted or stored — close the tab and nothing remains. We can't see what you type.

Do I still need to sign it?
Yes. The ALV form requires a hand-written signature and date in the declaration. We deliberately leave those blank — print the form and sign it in black or blue pen.
Is this an official submission?
No. This page only helps you complete and print the official paper form. You still submit the printed form in person at a post office or DLTC. If you'd rather skip the paperwork entirely, ChatBack renews your licence over WhatsApp.
What if I make a mistake?
