What an amazing service! My car licence was way overdue and I simply did not have the time to go and get it renewed. ChatBack came up as an advert and I thought I would give them a try. All communication happened on WhatsApp where I was able to load my ID, proof of residence and images of my license disk. I did all this seamlessly on the 23rd of March 2020. On the 25th of March, a pdf copy was sent to me on WhatsApp confirming the registration and on the 29th of March, I received my car license via courier to my home

Excellent service! The staff were friendly, helpful and on the ball. I applied for my car license disc on a Thursday and received the renewed disc at my doorstep the following Monday, much to my delight. The delivery man was super friendly and adhered to strict Covid-19 protocols.
